30-Day Return Window

You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to initiate a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Be in its original packaging.
  • Have all original tags attached.
  • Have the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team at [email protected] within the 30-day return window.
  2. In your email, please include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  3. Our team will review your request and, if approved, will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on how to send back your item(s). Please do not send your item back without an RMA number.
  4. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., defective or incorrect item received). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund.
  5. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $75, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to be processed and appear on your statement after the return has been approved.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected].

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with details of the product and the defect or error. Please include your order number and, if possible, attach photos of the damaged or incorrect item. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, which may include a replacement or refund, and will cover the return shipping costs in such cases.
